I have slowly, albeit grudgingly, accepted that we have to deal with power outages for the next decade.
However, I am highly annoyed at the current timing of power cuts in the Paarl region, (every second evening from about 8 to 11 pm). This is “prime time’’ and is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
I wish to enquire whether there is anything the Drakenstein Municipality can do about this irritating scenario – is it possible for them to change this or perhaps lobby Eskom on all our behalf to change this nasty slot to a more reasonable one?
