* Starwalks. The Cape Centre of the Astronomical Society of Southern Africa in collaboration with Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens are again presenting their popular Starwalks during February. Join members of the society for a talk about astronomy and a look through telescopes at some of the interesting things up in the night sky - including Mars which is still relatively bright. The walks through the gardens to the observing area start at 19:30. All are welcome. Cost for adults is R30 (children -12 R10). The event is weather permitting.
