Girls’ schools battle at Coetzenburg

WITH Coetzenburg in Stellenbosch as the battle ground, La Rochelle and Paarl Girls’ High will be testing their athletic strength today, when they take on Bloemhof and Rhenish for the annual 4M Athletics Meeting for girls’ schools.
This prestigious event, a sure highlight of the athletic year, starts at 16:00 today with the final presentation of prizes at 20:30.
Once again, record-breaking times and distances can be expected.
Tickets at the gates are R10 (R5 for learners in uniform), and a tuck shop will be available.
