THE murder case of journalist Sandra Wilson will commence in the Stellenbosch Regional Court on Monday.
Wilson, who worked for the Journal of Natural Medicine in Stellenbosch, was murdered in her Pniel home in February last year.
Her half naked body was found next to her bed with an electrical cord around her neck. Her house had been ransacked and various items were missing.
The next day three men, Dawid Beukes (19), Patrick Fredericks (21) and Pieter Abrahams (47) of the Stellenbosch area, were arrested in connection with the incident.
Wilson’s bakkie was found in their possession.
The men have been charged with murder, rape and theft.
