THE Culinary Academy will be joining hands with The Cape Wine Academy and local winemakers for classical food and wine pairings on 17 April from 18:30 at the Backsberg Wine Estate.

This delicious tasting and eating workshop is for people who are passionate about good wine and its service, as well as about food.

No wine snobs here! Come and enjoy a terrific evening of wine in a relaxed atmosphere whilst The Culinary Academy cooks food to match the wines available.
