SHOPPING at Paarl Mall is always a pleasure – the parking is a different matter.People park illegally on disabled parking and parking for parents with small children in prams.I’ve seen dozens of people parking in these parking spots – with no disabled person or prams in sight.Motorists should be more considerate and remember that the Mall security will clamp their wheels and impose fines on them. Please make the Mall a disabled and parent-friendly place!Dissatisfied
