IN two years, Paarl Labels, a specialist self- adhesive label printing company in the Paarl Media Group of quality printers, has achieved its ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Commenting on the news, managing director Callie de Wet says: “When Paarl Labels became a stand-alone business unit at the beginning of 2006, we renewed our commitment to ensure the highest standards for our clients.
“We already had top notch technology in place to deliver quality labels, but we wanted to further add value to our clients by obtaining international certification,” says de Wet.
ISO 9001:2000 certification is all about standardising processes, which are followed to ensure high quality. Clients benefit in terms of their own reporting processes when their label print supplier is ISO 9001:2000 certified. In addition, it gives clients peace of mind that quality standards prevail in their label supply chain.
