WITH approximately 346 of homes already completed and 60 currently in the process of being built at Boschenmeer Golf Estate, the final phase of homes has now been launched to the marketplace. There will be a total of 495 homes on the estate on final completion of the development. Says Surina du Toit, Pam Golding Properties area manager for Paarl: “In the final phase 10 we are now marketing 44 sectional title townhouses comprising two or three bedrooms and with a single garage, priced from R1,488 million, including VAT. “Bordering the scenic Berg River, Boschenmeer is a very successful and popular estate, with mostly South Africans purchasing homes as well as a number of overseas buyers, purchasing for holiday use. “Many buyers are families as this development offers an ideal environment and relaxed country lifestyle to raise a family - with excellent schools located in the area. “The estate itself has a 24-hour, state of the art security system with electrified fencing, surveillance cameras etc. There’s also the choice of a broad range of types of houses, townhouses, country homes - ideal for starter homes or those downscaling or retiring - and single residential homes,” she says.
