UNTIL 17 July, Iziko Museums in Cape town are offering a range of creative events to ensure that children, parents and even teachers are kept happy and busy during the July holidays.

During the holidays they offer Amazing Treasure Hunts (R25), a Taxidermy Workshop (R100), a Mosaic Workshop (R50), a Wire Car Workshop (R60), a Puppet-making Workshop (R50) and a Teachers’ Workshop (R30).

In addition to the holiday programme, Iziko’s Education Department offer Slavery Walking Trails on request, a winter programme of lectures, outings, workshops, symposia and film screenings and art tours of the Iziko South African National Gallery.
