THE Bosman’s Restaurant at the Grande Roche Hotel in Paarl, renowned for its culinary awards, starts the summer season with a gourmet evening on Saturday from 19:00. It features Veenwouden cellarmaster, Marcel van der Walt, with the Grande Roche team to showcase the best of their best. The gourmet experiences include an aperitif served from, a five course gourmet dinner and six different wines specially selected by Marcel to match each course, coffee and petit fours.
