NOW that the new municipal accounts have been received, consumers are seriously feeling the pinch of the electricity tariff increase.
And many are doing their utmost to keep the usage of this commodity to a minimum.
But it seems as if the Municipality is ignorant about this, due to the fact that many street lights remain on well into daylight, as well as the monstrous headquarters of our city fathers, being lit up by spotlights, also well into the morning.
And who is footing the bill at the end of the day?
