Boschendal meeting

AN Open House Meeting to discuss the draft scoping report for the proposed Boschendal Estate development will be held on Thursday 11 September at the Millennium Hall in Pniel from 15:00 to 19:00. The Draft Scoping Report is currently available for public comment at the Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch Libraries. The proposed development entails the development of 1056 erven ranging in size from 270 square metres to 1400 square metres located to the east of the main road to Pniel, including a retirement village, hospitality units and farm units, as well as a commercial node near the old railway station.
