PINOTAGE-ON-TAP, the best party in the Cape Winelands, takes place at Diemersfontein Wine and Country Estate on Saturday 27 September. Attractions include oak barrels filled with Diemersfontein’s original coffee and chocolate Pinotage wine, strawberries dipped in fountains of chocolate and a quartet of bands performing live. The programme of live music features the James Stewart Experience, rockers Plush, acoustic rockers Gently Scar’d featuring the gorgeous Carice, as well as the rhythmic African sounds of Siyeza. Mexican chili hot chocolate and cocoa dusted cappuccinos are on tap, and the plentiful food includes slices of tasty chocolate cake. It is a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon with family and friends, and the frivolous Pinotage challenges, including a Paintball Art contest, are opportunities for revellers to win great prizes.
