THE exclusive development in Wellington North, Versailles Village Life, is due to be completed soon, with the first residents taking up occupacy at the end of this month.

The security village, which is situated on the historic Versailles farm owned by Roger Jorgenson, consists of 62 two and three bedroomed units, all of which are double storey.

Each unit has a lock-up garage and a carport, as well as an indoor and outdoor braai area

Thrown into the price is a fully equipped kitchen, with granite worktops, a fridge, stove, microwave oven, toaster and coffeemaker.

Once the construction work is completed, landscaped gardens will be put in place with only indigenous plants.

The bedrooms are all on the second floor, offering scenic views of the surrounding mountains and vineyard from the verandah. Prices range from R1 million to R1,5 million.
