Hospice Spring Walk

THE annual Drakenstein Hospice Spring Walk will be held on Saturday 25 October, starting at Paarl Rugby Club. Whether you choose to test your speed and endurance on the challenging 22 km Mountain Walk at 06:00, or stroll the 11 km Spring Walk at 08:00, the 8km Fun Walk at 08:15 or the 3 km Kiddies’ Walk at 08:30. The walk is for all members of the family. It does not matter if you are young, old, fit or not so fit. You can choose to go at your own pace and enjoy the unique beauty and tranquility of Paarl with spectacular views of majestic mountains, the Berg River and the arboretum, or you can add this to your calendar of serious walking events. All the finishers in the 8 km, 11 km and 22 km receive medals and certificates with medals for the kiddies’ 3 km. There will be more than 50 lucky draw prizes and a jumping castle for the kids.
