A PUBLIC meeting to discuss the environmental impact assessment of a new property development in Lustigan Road, Paarl, will be held on Thursday 6 November in the DR Church Hall in Denneburg, Paarl, at 18:30.

The property is a block of apartments with about 270 units proposed on a site of 9 hectares (Erf 8704 and 14995) by Neffensaan Developments. The building will be erected to the east of the intersection with Carolina Road, and will vary between two and three to four storeys.
