Elderly woman shot to death

AN elderly woman was killed in cold blood last week, when a gunman opened fire inside her home. Nothobile Bolothi (79) was home with her three daughters in Abraham Street, Greenfields, last Wednesday evening, when two youngsters burst into the home. According to Bolothi’s children, the young men demanded money and when she refused to hand cash over to them, one of them pointed the gun at her and fired two shots. The elderly lady was struck in the chest and hand and died on the scene The youngsters fled and no arrests have yet been made.
