Industrial park planned
2008-11-27
A NEW industrial park is planned outside Paarl in Ben Bernhardi Estate on the old Paarl Road. Zandwyk Park is a brand new industrial development, marketed by Devmark Commercial and Nick Geldenhuys Properties, has panoramic views of the Paarl Valley and surrounding mountains with a river that meanders through the centre of the development. It’s unquestioningly in a class of its own. Zandwyk Park is situated on the outskirts of Paarl along the R101 (the Simonsvlei/Klapmuts Road). It is easily accessible from the N1, as well as the R44 and R303, and the Northern Suburbs, Franschhoek, Wellington, Worcester and Ceres are not far away. “This development will no doubt establish a unique industrial node for Paarl and surrounding areas and is ideally positioned for product and material distribution,” says Jean Ehlers from Devmark Commercial. Zandwyk Park will offer high security facilities with 24-hour gate control and have Wi-Fi as an extra feature. Subtle design guidelines have been introduced to compliment the natural beauty of the area and ensure that the development retains an upmarket and pleasant feel. The development offers 45 plots with sizes ranging from 994m² to 6 643m² selling from R1 050 000 plus VAT. The installation of services will commence early 2009 and transfer will take place approximately September 2009. Contact Jean on 083-703-5000 or 021-948-3502 or Anton on 083-658-9600 or 021-910-0363.
