Another person became a victim of a road accident this week.

Danie Malies died when he was flung from the back of a truck, after another truck collided into the back of it.

The vehicle in which Malies was travelling was transporting Wemmershoek Dam workers to the dam from Franschhoek. Another 11 people were injured.

Malies is now the eighteenth person to die on local roads in only a week.Pic:
