ON 28 February, a harvest festival will be held at the Grande Provence Wine Estate in Franschhoek from 08:00.
Tickets are R350 per person inclusive of a light breakfast, all the harvest festivities, live entertainment provided by Marimba Vibrations, a bottle of wine per person and a delicious braai on the lawn.The day’s activites include a vineyard and cellar tour, games as well as wine stomping.
Due to the potentially messy nature of this activity, guests are advised to bring some old clothing to wear.
Coinciding with lunch, a variety of games can be enjoyed such as boules and croquet.
