A NEW property development, De Chavonnes apartments, is planned at 462/466 Main Street, Northern Paarl The upmarket luxury apartment block will be erected behind the two existing houses fronting on Main Street at the corner of Kort Street The block comprises of 28 apartments on three floors, with a view over the Klein Drakenstein Mountains.
