THE small claims court hears cases at the Paarl Town Hall every Thursday from 17:30.

Plaintiffs can also visit the Paarl Magistrate’s Court with applications or enquiries on weekdays.

To assist members of the public, administration of the small claims court will now be extended to include every second Saturday of the month from 08:30 to 11:30.

* In Wellington the court sits every Thursday evening at the Wellington Youth Care Centre.

Members of the public can go to the Wellington Magistrate’s Court on weekdays and on every second Saturday of the month from 08:30 to 12:00 with applications or enquiries.

Matters up to the value of R7000 will be heard by the small claims court.
