* Concert. The annual Starlight Classics Concert on Vergelegen Wine Farm in Somerset West will be held on Friday 20 March at 19:30 and Saturday 21 March at 19:00 with the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra. Johnny Clegg, Judith Sephuma, the Twenty Tenors and Bronwyn Forbay are only some of the artists that will perform.
Tickets for Friday night’s concert are R120 (R100 for pensioners and children). Saturday night’s concert tickets are R130 (R110 for pensioners and children).
* Choir. The Chamber Choir and Choir of La Rochelle Girls’ High School will perform “Chanson D’Amour” in the school hall at 19:00 tonight. Various soloists as well as guest artists Anna-Mart Minnaar and Ivan Vorster, will perform a variety of love songs. Tickets at R50 are available at the school.
