RUNNING/CYCLING
Run or Cycle for charity in the Winelands this Saturday at De Meye wine estate. Trail runners can choose between 6km and 12km and the mountain-bikers have the option of a 30km ride or the easy 6km and 12km rides. The first MTB event starts at 08:30. Registration will open at 07:00 with prices starting from R50 (6km) to R90 for the 30km MTB event.
