PAARLITES, get ready to rock this weekend, when the Paarl Jam takes place. Some of South Africa’s most exciting bands will be performing here. Zinkplaat, New Holland, The Watership Drowns and local heroes, Ysterkoei, will be tearing the roof off at Paarl Town Hall. The show kicks off at 19:00 on Friday and tickets are R75 at the door. Tickets can also be purchased at R60 prior to the concert from Junior Town Council members. Contact junior mayoress Nicola Kaden at 072-671-5919. All proceeds will go to charities which are sponsored by the JTC, so support the youth, and rock.
