Public can comment on Paarl budget and developments plans

THE 2009/2010 draft budget and Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Review Report (2007–2012) for Drakenstein are available for inspection and public comment during office hours at libraries and municipal offices in Drakenstein until 30 April. A series of public meetings will also be held, starting on Wednesday evening. The first meetings are in the Mbekweni Community Hall (Ward 6, 9, 12, 16) and Huguenot Community Hall (Ward 13-28) at 19:00. Send comments by 30 April to idp@drakenstein.gov.za or fax 871-1037.
