MY BROTHER-IN-LAW, Costa Comninos (80), recently suffered very severe chest pains. My sister rushed him through to the Paarl Hospital.
On arrival she was greeted by the wonderful sisters in the emergency section who took him through immediately and he was once again given special treatment by the doctors and medical staff.
Costa was admitted to the sixth floor for observation. He has stated that in all his life he has never received such kindness and professional attention. Each and every member of staff that attended him did so with dedication and love. The doctors also thoroughly investigated his problem.
The wards and toilets were spotless and the food was excellent.
