Half-marathon entries close today

THE 2009 Boland Half-marathon Championships will take place on Friday 1 May in Wellington. The Boland Half-marathon Championships will form part of the well-known Safari Half-marathon. The Boland selectors are currently identifying athletes to represent the Boland at the 2009 SA Half-marathon Championships that will take place on 4 July in Port Elizabeth. “The Boland Half-marathon Championships are compulsory for athletes who want to be considered for selection for the Boland Team to the SA Half-marathon Championships,” says Dr Harold Adams, president of Boland Athletics. Today is the final day that athletes can enrol for the 2009 Safari Half-marathon and the Boland Half-marathon Championships.
