WITHIN hours of the start of the disastrous fire at the Paarl Print factory, a trauma centre manned by professional counsellors was established at Monte Christo Ministries, directly opposite the factory. This facility will continue to run for as long as required, to help staff in their recovery process. The trauma centre can be contacted on 084-400-1966. The Paarl Media Group has also established a Family Support Fund to offer assistance for the next of kin of the victims. Any financial contributions to the fund can be made into the following bank account: Paarl Media Holdings, account number 072 191 902, ata Standard Bank, branch code 000210. Donations of non-perishable food parcels and other items that these families would find useful would be greatly appreciated.
