Brilliant young oboe player at La Motte

WITH its second programme of classical music concerts for 2005, La Motte winery in the Franschhoek Valley once again features a delightful variety, with performances by local as well as international artists.
The first concert, on Saturday 27 August at 19:00, is a performance by André van Daalen (oboe) and Sandra Kettle (piano).
The programme of the evening will consist of works by Saint-Saëns, Britten and Poulenc, as well as themes from the opera Rigoletto.
