AS a new resident of Paarl, I have been impressed by the service delivery at the civic centre - it is by far better than what I was used to in Krugersdorp.
I also appreciate the trouble Drakenstein is going to, to upgrade the area around Dal Josaphat railway station, where I live.
Recently they erected a road sign for my street (Salamander Street), which was promptly stolen. What a great pity!
