THE registration for the 2010 FIFA World Cup Volunteers Programme has opened and interested people in Drakenstein can register in Paarl. The requirements for registration are that you must be 18 years of age by 1 March next year, must have a good command of English and a valid South African citizen’s identity document.

The volunteer candidates will be able to apply via the internet or in Paarl on Mondays only until 31 August.

Applications can be made on Mondays at Drakenstein Civic Centre, Berg River Boulevard, Paarl. Contact Michael Mafila for queries at 021-807-4817.
