ALL accommodation establishments in the Drakenstein municipal area have been invited to register on the municipal database in respect of the 2010 Accommodation Drive, before 10 August.

The project has been launched to ascertain the number of accommodation establishments per municipality, the number of rooms available, the number of beds available and the number of currently graded and ungraded establishments.

Some of the information collected will be made freely available to tourists and other users through different tourism information systems.

Accommodation establish­ments already registered with municipalities are requested to visit the municipal tourism offices to verify information on the database.
