ACCLAIMED animal communicator Wynter Worsthorne has been invited back to teach at the Drakenstein Lion Park, the sanctuary for rescued lions outside Paarl.
In the workshop on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 August, Wynter takes you through the history of communication between man and animals. With the help of the lions you will learn how to tap into the universal language of animals.
Through specific exercises and meditation you will be shown how to still your mind and adjust your energy frequency to start understanding the lion energy and how to be at one with these animals and all of nature.
You will be shown how it is possible to see the world from the perspective of another species and how man can help make a difference by gaining a deeper level of understanding of the natural world.
The lions themselves help with a direct question and answer session, where you will be able to experience one on one communication with another species. Owner Paul Hart will validate any information received directly from the lions, whom he knows so well.
You will also be meeting Ziyanda, the first white lion to find true sanctuary in captivity in South Africa and you will learn about the mystery of the white lions of Timbavati.
Nine people are invited to stay overnight in the Ngovuma tented camp in the centre of the sanctuary where the lions’ roars reverberate throughout the night.
The cost for the full workshop, from 09:30 to 11:00 the next day with overnight accommodation, including dinner and breakfast, is R1 650.
Bring a packed lunch, or buy sandwiches from the park shop.
For the one-day only workshop option from 09:30 to 17:30, which includes teas, the cost is R600.
