THE 2009 Coca Cola 5-Star Athletics Achiever Awards function will take place on Friday 18 September at the Picardie Guest Farm in Paarl.

During the illustrious event, Boland Athletics will be honouring all its members that performed over the past 12 months at national and international level as athletes, coaches, administrators, technical officials, event organisers, clubs, sponsors and members of the media.

The members of Boland Athletics have performed exceptionally well over the past 12 months. In the athlete’s category alone, Boland Athletes won more than 100 medals at national level. The Boland Athletes also won almost 20 medals at international level during the past 12 months.
