Paarl Post growth

THE Paarl Post has once again increased its circulation and regained its position as the sold community newspaper with the second biggest circulation in the country, according to the official figures of the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC).
During the past six months (January to June) Paarl Post sold an average of 16 708 newspapers per week (up from 16 639 during the same period last year).
The only sold community newspaper with a bigger circulation is the Rustenburg Herald with 20 368 copies sold per week.
Hot on the heels of Paarl Post are South Coast Herald from Kwazulu-Natal (16601), Witbank News (16 445), the African Reporter from Springs (16 085) and George Herald (15 666).
In the Western Cape, Paarl Post is once again the newspaper with the highest circulation, followed by District Mail of Somerset West (14 682) and Eikestadnuus (9255).
