ARE you struggling with unruly children? A Famsa seminar will be held on 15 September at 08:30 at the Afrikaans Language Museum in Paarl to help parents with parent-child problems.
The facilitator is Anne Cawood, a school social worker, family counsellor and mediater. Cawood also runs her own private practice and is the author of three child raising and disciplinary books and has extensive experience in the field of parent-child relationships.
Some of the issues which will be discussed are how to listen more effectively, how to build healthy self-esteem in a child and how to praise and encourage your child more.
