AFRICAN ALPACAS present a seminar, Introduction to Alpaca Husbandry and Health, at Inca Vale Farm near Wellington on 31 October at 08:30. The full day course includes new audiovisual material from the UK and Australia; covers health and care of a sick alpaca and hands-on treatments and animal husbandry. There will be presentations by Afrivet and the nutritionist from Equifeeds and discussion time with a local vet. Tickets cost R350 per person and R500 per couple, including lunch and printed notes.
