THE highly acclaimed concert pianist and Festival Director, Christopher Duigan, will perform at the NG Church in Franschhoek on Sunday 1 November at 11:30 as part of the Franschhoek La Motte Classical Music Festival.
Duigan is widely regarded as one of South Africa’s most innovative pianists. For this performance he will present a programme of uplifting piano music.
This includes music by GF Handel, Beethoven’s Sonata in E-flat (op 27 no 1), and music by Claude Debussy and Franz Liszt – all seamlessly blending into a varied and enlightening programme.
