THE talented band, Flip a Coin, will perform in Paarl on two nights.

These talented and attractive guys are a must-see for anybody, any age, anywhere. Fans hail them as “a mixture of boy-next-door personalities.”

Packed with audience interaction and energy, they sing effervescent music with a “feel-good vibe”. Using only their voices, the group generates a live band sound that leaves the audience spellbound to the very end.

Audiences will find something in their performance that they can enjoy profoundly, whether it is the “move your body” beatbox, the raw energy on stage, the harmonic melodies, the superb solos or the eye candy for the ladies. Flip a Coin is the home of exciting, pulsating, energetic, dashing, striking, bold à capella sounds.

Their performances started with the group singing around a piano, but when they progressed to stages around the country, the group obviously had to call themselves something.

Typical of artists, however, no one could agree on exactly what the group should be called. Even when it was narrowed down to two options and they had to vote on the name, the voting ended in a tie. Tempers began to flare and it all boiled down to the flip of a coin.

On Monday 9 November the group will perform at the Old Mill Theatre at 20:00. Tickets cost R90 and bookings can be made with Vicky Stemmet on 083-564-0056 or vstemmet@gmail.com.

The next show will take place on Thursday 12 November at Kronenburg Estate at 20:00 in aid of charity. To this venue you can take along snacks to enjoy and a cash bar will be available. Tickets cost R100 and bookings can be made with Nelia Bester on 083-384-0727.
