AS one of the Cape’s most accomplished musicians, Robbie Jansen’s name is synonymous with the sounds of Cape jazz.
Jansen will be playing at the Rural Cape Music Supper Concert at Solms-Delta on Saturday where you can enjoy a leisurely supper, listening to the special music of the rural Cape.The concert starts at 18:00.
Jansen’s interpretation of Cape Jazz with a fusion of musical influences ranging from traditional Cape Malay, Goema, African rhythms and funk, resonates with the musical heritage of the Cape.
