AN emergency meeting to discuss the proposed dissolution of the Wellington SPCA due to financial problems will be held at the Wellington Museum on 22 December at 11:00.
Members as well as interested members of the public are welcome at the general meeting, where the sale of the assets of the branch will be discussed.
