Boland athletes ranked in SA’s top 10

ACCORDING to the SA Top Ten Senior Ranking List, a total of 49 Boland athletes are ranked in the 56 different events found in the South African Athletics Statistics Book. The number of Boland Athletes listed among the top ten in South Africa has substantially grown, with 24 more Boland athletes making the rankings than in 2009. The South African Athletics Statistics Book, compiled by the South African Statistics Committee, is currently in print and will be on sale before the end of January. The Boland Athletes currently listed on the latest South African Top Ten Senior Ranking List, are Wilhelm van der Vyver, Ethan Floris, Cornel Fredericks, Henrico Rooi, Louw Smit, Wiekus Jonck, Zavion Kotze, Bevan Hendon, Johann du Plessis, Christian Norman, Ruaan van Wyk, Luvo Maniyonga, Stefan Brits, Lionel Abrahams, Elmarco Matthews, Rushwahl Samaai, Janus Robberts, Ross Jordaan, Johan Kruger, Robert Oosthuizen, Zavion Kotze, 4x400m Men’s Relay Team, Melissa Hewitt, Janice Josephs, Chanelle Anderson, Dominique Scott, Elene Lourens, Mia Pienaar, Janet Wienand, Marike Walters, Carli Gey van Pittius, Jean-Marie Senekal, Remina Stephan, Juanita Stander, Ané Niewoudt, Nicola Loots, Kulthoon Gaidien, Talitha Lombard, Celeste Fourie, Taahirah Kozain, Talitha Lombard, Janice Josephs, Maryke Brits, Karin le Roux, Nicola Offner, 4 x 100m Boland Relay Team, Inge Kotze, Zelda Schultz and Yvonne Onderweegs.
