FOR the staff, learners, families and friends of the Frank Pietersen Music Centre, 2010 is also a very special year as the school celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
On Sunday 31 January at 15:00 the music centre will hold a special church service to start off this anniversary year at the Dutch Reformed Church Paarlberg in Northern Paarl.
It will be a very special event where the Youth Orchestra will accompany the hymns and the youth choir will perform. Some of the members of staff will also be performing.
The music centre invites all past and present learners and teachers as well as friends of the music centre to take part in this special service.
All past learners and teachers are also invited to attend a reunion weekend in August, starting off with a dance on Friday 20 August. For any enquiries, contact 021-8722123/4.
