TO the helicopter pilot who terrorised our 29 residents on Sunday 24 January at approximately 08:35: There are aviation laws that govern what you may and may not do in your little white helicopter, as well as laws that protect animals from unnecessary abuse.
We believe you contravened quite a few. We were unfortunately unable to get the identifying number of your machine of terror, we were too busy trying to calm our traumatised lions.
Although you obviously feel you have some form of entitlement to view cycle races from a bird’s eye view and terrorise anything in your path, our lions were particularly unimpressed with you aerial posturing.
We will endeavour to do everything in our power to identify you and plan to offer a reward in this regard, unless of course you come forward and offer a public apology.
