A COMMUNITY meeting to address the problems of homeless people will be held at the hall of the Toringkerk in Paarl on 24 February at 18:30. Monte Christo Ministries has a helpline for the homeless people in the Drakenstein Valley in the form of Full Circle Ministry.
They are planning to co-ordinate a holistic intervention program to restore the self-esteem of the homeless and empower them to take their place in the community.
