* Drama. A drama group of Gouda under the supervision of House of Hope and Healing, a registered non-profit organisation facilitating for the abused, abandoned, rejected and destitute will take to the stage in their first drama production ever on 27 February. The performance will take place at the United Reformed Church in Malva Street, Gouda at 18:00. The children come from disadvantaged families and are in much need of funding, clothing, refreshments and more. Anyone who is interested to donate anything can contact Beverley Ryan on 073-531-3760. * Funksie. ’n Dans met die Klipwerf-orkes wat die vloer aan die brand gaan speel, word ten bate van die Rusoord Ouetehuis gehou op 5 Maart om 19:00 by die De Hollandsche Molen in Wemmershoek deur MED & vennote. ’n Wynveiling word ook tydens die geleentheid aangebied. * Treffers. Die sanggroep C2C wat bestaan uit André Terblanché (sang), Johann Enslin (klavier), Winand Grundling (klavier), Wilken Calitz (kitaar/viool) en Schalk Wasserman (perkussie) vermaak oud en jonk met bekende treffers op 25 Februarie om 19:30 by die Wellington-Noord Kerksaal. * Fair. A new and exciting Antique Fair will be taking place at Blaauwklippen Wine Estate, Stellenbosch, on 21 February from 10:00 to 16:00. Entry is free. Contact Barbara Collins on 083-444-0133.
* Expo. Brides-to-be will be introduced to Gauteng’s largest bridal show at The Women’s Show when it launches the Wedding Pavilion by The Wedding Expo at their next Cape Town expo from 19 to 21 February from 09:00 to 17:00. The Wedding Expo will gather a wide range of industry specialists and will be a one-stop bridal pavilion for the bride-to-be planning her special day. Entrance fee is R60 per person. * Werkswinkel. Die Drakenstein Kunsvereniging bied ’n Monodruk werkswinkel aan op Donderdag 25 Februarie om 19:00 in die Breytenbach-sentrum, Wellington. Die werkswinkel word aangebied deur Nanette Ranger, beeldhouer en kunsonderwyseres van die Paarl. Deelnemers sal die geleentheid kry om self monodrukke te maak by die werkswinkel.
