TO the woman driver of a black CN Golf, who drives along the main road from Northern Paarl every morning: on Monday morning 18 January you were driving at high speed, passing cars with no regard for oncoming traffic.
Then on Wednesday 20 January you drove through a red traffic light and went straight in a turning-only lane at the Long Street intersection, only to then stop in a no stopping zone outside Gymnasium High’s gate. Your reckless driving has been noted and I hope that the traffic department will be on the look-out for you.
