Spring Cycle Challenge

THE Yorkshire Cycling Club will again host its annual Spring Challenge on Saturday.
Both young and old will be given the chance to compete on the day, with the tiny tots getting under way at 11:00 with the Tricycle Challenge for 2 to 8 year-olds. Entry fees are R5 and include a party pack.
At the same time BMX road races will also take place for riders of all ages. Entry fee is R5.
This is followed by a 20km fun ride at 12:30. Entry fees are R10 (R5 for scholars) and participants stand the chance to win lucky draw prizes.
At 14:00 the serious racing starts with all licensed riders competing in their respective age groups in the Boland Open Championships.
All the races will start and finish at the Ivanhoe Park in Klein Drakenstein Road.
