BOLAND CROSS COUNTRY
The 2010 Boland Cross Country Season will officially start on 8 May at the Roberston show grounds in Robertson. The Cross Country race in Robertson will be the 1st in a series of 7 trial races in preparation for the Boland Cross Country Championships. In order to qualify for the Boland Team to the SA Cross Country Championships, athletes must compete during the Boland Cross Country Season in at least 3 trials. The Boland Cross Country Championships will take place on 15 August and the SA Cross Country Champion-ships will take place on 11 September. Contact Richard Stander at bolandathletics@sun.ac.za.
HIKE
The Happy Feat Hiking Club will host a 4km hike on Sunday 2 May. They will follow the Kromrivier Hiking Trail. The hiking team will meet at the Boland Cricket Stadium on Sunday at 07:00 from where they will depart. Entry fee is R80 and you can register with Roland Julies on 084-645-8763. Only 20 hikers will be allowed.
PAARL-OOS KRIEKETKLUB
GMT Paarl-Oos krieketklub hou op 18 Mei sy gholfdag op Boschenmeer. Die klub se bekeruitdeling vind op 28 Mei plaas by Boland Park. Toegangsfooi is R80 en kaartjies is beskikbaar by kaptein Justin Watts (073-297-1822), kaptein Andrew Apolis, Jack Daniels en Luaan Solomons.
RIVERSTONES RUGBYKLUB
Oud-spelers van Riverstones Rugbyklub, asook belangstellendes, word genooi om Maandag om 19:00 by New Orleans Sekondêr se skoolveld ’n vergadering by te woon. Dié vergadering handel oor die beoogde stigting van ’n oud-spelersvereniging.
